Eileen M. (McDermott) Savage, of Ross Township, died Friday, April 24, 2009. Beloved wife of Reginald A. Savage. Loving mother of Diane Morris, of Minnesota; sister of Patrick McDermott and the late Margaret Taschner and Richard McDermott. Eileen retired from Bessemer & Lake Erie R.R., volunteered for KDKA Call For Action, taught braille to the blind and she and her husband were involved with numerous volunteer activities for U.S. Steel retirees. Friends received from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Sunday in T.B. DEVLIN FUNERAL HOME, 806 Perry Highway, North Hills. Mass of Christian Burial at 10 a.m. Monday in St Teresa of Avila Church.
