After suffering for ten years with the cruel disease of dementia/Alzheimer’s, we lost our dear mom, Eileen Emily Terjak, at the age of 95 on June 27, 2025. Born May 10, 1930, in Ross Township to John J. and Barbara (Weis) Bradley.
Wife of 55 years to the late Rudy; loving mother of Paul (Jan) of IN, Kathy Wolak, Ken (Sharon) of TX, Joyce Wirth of CO, Barb Dean (Mike) of CA, Steve of CO, Jerome of CA, Reenie Terjak-Wall (Steve) of CO, Patrick of CA, and Greg, deceased. Proud grandma to Lindsey, David, Stephanie, Brad, Tasha, Joel, Tiffany, Michael, Jessica, Jasmine, Michelle, and Alex. Great grandma to 12 and awaiting a great, great grandson later this year.
Surviving brother Patrick of FL; deceased siblings Barbara Frederick, Frank, John, Paule Peacock, and Mike. Survived by many cousins, nieces, nephews, and their families.
Eileen was a lifelong member of St Teresa of Avila church (now part of Our Lady of Mt Carmel Parish) active in Christian Mothers and the RCIA program. She enjoyed reading, playing 500 Bid, gardening, quilting, crafting, and chocolate. She was a member of Al-Anon, which was a major support in her life for a long time.
We are so grateful for the loving care Eileen received from the staff at Mt Assisi Place (formerly Marian Hall Home) and Heartland Hospice.

I’m so sorry for your loss. I knew Eileen and Rudy from card club with my parents Chuck and Marge Gorman. They had many fun years together with that group. My sympathies to your family.
I’m so sorry for the loss of your mom. I remember her and Rudy at card club with my parents Marge and Chuck Gorman. I remember all the laughter and fun they all had with the rest of the group. I hope the fond memories of your mom can bring you peace at this time.
