Edward P. McMurtry, of McCandless, died Saturday, May 12, 2012. He was the beloved husband of Jo Anne (Hasenbein) McMurtry; stepfather of Ray J. Lowe Jr. and Amy L. Wetzel (Curt); brother of Robert McMurtry, Thomas McMurtry (Nancy) and Judy Manjerovic (Doug); grandfather of Kylie, Kelsey, Chase and Paige; also survived by many nieces and nephews. Friends will be received from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. Monday and Tuesday at the T.B. DEVLIN FUNERAL HOME, 806 Perry Highway, North Hills, where services will be held at 11 a.m. Wednesday.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the Good Samaritan Hospice.
