Earl T. Hutchison

September 07, 1944 - June 08, 2021

It is with profound sorrow that the family of Earl Timothy Hutchison announces the passing of our beloved patriarch on Tuesday, June 8, 2021. Born on September 7, 1944, he was preceded in death by his parents Rita Mae (Yester) and William E. Hutchison, and his three brothers, William J., Lawrence P., and Myron R. Hutchison. He leaves behind a broken hearted wife of 56 years, Donna Lee (Curiale), a son and namesake Timothy Earl, his wife Antonia, and their children Nicholas and Nathan, a daughter Amy Lynn (Paletta), her husband John, and their children Nina, Mia, and Anthony.

A quiet man of principle, his first priority was always his family, and he used his life to teach us strength of character and generosity. He had a vision and the entrepreneurial drive to make that vision a reality when he, together with his family, built his dream software company that would not only sustain his family, but propel him to the highest level of personal fulfillment. He wore his heart on his sleeve for those that he loved, and never hesitated to extend a helping hand to anyone in need. His wisdom and sage advice guided his family through life’s uncertainties, and we knew we could count on him for anything. He was intensely proud of the accomplishments of his children and grandchildren, and encouraged them to live the lives that they wanted and never give up on their dreams. He loved our mother above all things, and spoke of how beautiful she was and how lucky he was to be her husband. Together they built a legacy for our family of love and devotion, and we are all honored to have been witness to it. He will be missed more than we can ever express, and we will hold him in our hearts forever.

“He was my North, my South, my East and my West,
My working week and my Sunday rest,
My noon, my midnight, my talk, my song;”
—W.H. Auden
