I was a classmate of Duke’s at North Catholic. Although we ran in different circles, he and I would sit and chat occasionally. He was always ALWAYS A CLASS ACT AND A GOOD MAN. May he R.I.P.

    To the Bope family,
On behalf of all of the entire church family at Allegheny Center Alliance Church let me extend our condolences to you. Only this morning was I informed of Duke’s passing and this news both surprised and saddened me. He was indeed a fine Christian man and he is experiencing the reward of a right relationship with his Savior even now. But I’m sure he will be missed by many in the days, weeks and months ahead. Know that you will be in the prayers of many in our church family here as we ask God to walk with you and to bring comfort to you in this valley.
    Grace and peace,
    Blaine Workman
