Dorothy Kardell

Age 98, of Observatory Hill, on Tuesday, January 10, 2017 at her home. Mrs. Kardell was born on June 23, 1918. Daughter of Joseph and Josephine (McCadlo) Namiotka; beloved wife to the late Frank Lewis Kardell; loving mother to Roberta Kardell, S.F.C.C.; proud grandmother of Bridget, Ingrid and Justin; also survived by three great-grand- children. Dorothy was preceded in death by her two daughters, Ruth Dellapiazza and Audrey Cassel; and brother, Raymond Namiotka. Family and friends received Friday from 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. at DEVLIN FUNERAL HOME, 806 Perry Hwy., Pittsburgh. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated Saturday at 10 a.m. at Incarnation Catholic Church. Interment will follow at St. Stanislaus Cemetery.
