Of Ross Township formerly of McCandless on Monday, November 20, 2006. Wife of the late Jack L. Mason; loving mother of James Mason and the late Susan Mason; grandmother of Noah and James Mason. No visitation. Memorial service in Christ Episcopal Church, 5910 Babcock Blvd. Sunday 2:00P.M.
Doris graduated Phi Beta Kappa from the University of Wisconsin in 1937 and worked as a teacher. After raising her family she became an active member of Christ Episcopal Church in the North Hills doing volunteer work for the Jubilee Soup Kitchen in Canterbury Place among many other activities. Doris was a volunteer administrator for the Brighton Hts. Meals on Wheels on the Pittsburgh North Side for over 10 years. Arrangements by T.B. Devlin Funeral Home.
