age 74 of Ohio Twp. Died on Mon. 2-9-04 at Allegheny General Hospital. He was born in Pgh on1-23-30 son of the late William and Mildred Bracken Smith. He was President and Owner of American Industrial Contracting Co. Also a member of Highland Country Club.
Survived by his wife, Mary Lou Sherrett Smith, 3 daughters, Sherren Bowan of Md., Linda Denhard of Fl. And Maryl Hill of Va.
Also by 12 grandchildren , 2 great grandchildren, 3 brothers and 2 sisters.
Preceded in death by his son Jeffrey D. Smith.
