Dolores C. (Cooper) Loughran, 79, died Monday, March 24, 2008, at her home in Largo, Fla. She was born in Pittsburgh to the late William and Marie Cooper, of Sheraden, and was the wife of the late Joseph M. Loughran, former Westmoreland County district attorney. Dolores was a retired investigator for the City of Pittsburgh Law Department and is survived by siblings Mary Virginia Perka, of New Sewickley, Grace Anne Juliano, of Columbus, Ohio, and John Cooper, of Tampa, Fla., and many loving nieces and nephews. Visitation from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Friday at the DEVLIN FUNERAL HOME OF CRANBERRY, 2678 Rochester Road, 724-772-8800. Mass of Christian Burial at 10 a.m. Saturday in St. Ferdinand Church, Cranberry. In lieu of flowers, the family suggests memorial donations to the Hospice of the Florida Suncoast, 5771 Roosevelt Blvd., Clearwater, FL 33760.
