Dennis M. Dunbar
Age 69, of New Sewickley Twp., passed away peacefully on Friday, April 22, 2022. Born September 16, 1952, son of the late Robert and Alice (Coyle) Dunbar. Beloved father of Stacey (Steve) Leech, Melissa, Terry, and the late Patrick Dunbar (surviving wife Jen); brother of Kevin (Cindy), and the late Jeffrey, and Robert (surviving Jackie) Dunbar; grandpa of Emily, Amanda, Gregory, Brayden, Brody, and Henley; significant other of Debbie Teets. Denny is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and friends who will all miss him dearly.

Denny was an avid outdoorsman; loved to hunt, kayak, and spend time at camp in East Brady with family and friends.

He enjoyed watching his grandkids play sports. He loved NASCAR and ALL Pittsburgh sports. He was a proud member of the Sheet Metal Workers of Local 12, this year would have been 50 years!

Denny was a volunteer firefighter for Ben Avon and also Marshall Twp. He volunteered at the 12 Loaves Soup kitchen in New Brighton, and was also Adjutant at the Sons of the American Legion Post 512.

Family and friends are welcome on Tuesday from 3-7 pm at Devlin Funeral Home of Cranberry, 2678 Rochester Road, Cranberry Twp. A Celebration of Life will be held Wednesday at 11 am at the funeral home with Rev. Matt Klenk officiating.

In lieu of flowers, memorial gifts may be made in Denny’s name to The Wounded Warrior Project, or SAL Legion 512.
