Age 53, of New Sewickley Twp., on Saturday, March 12, 2011. Loving father of Ashley M. Ries (Bradley); grandfather of Jamie Wilson; beloved son of Gordon L. Ries and the late Ada (Poorbaugh) Ries; brother of Gordon L. Ries, Jr. (Janet); also survived by many nieces and nephews. Friends received Tuesday 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. DEVLIN FUNERAL HOME OF CRANBERRY, 2678 Rochester Rd., 724-772-8800, where services will be held Wednesday, time later.

It’s been about 6 years since I’ve seen Dave but he was happy that day. I always thought he was a good man. I’m shocked and sad of the news of his passing. Rest in peace Dave. My sympathy to the family……
