So sorry to lose the best neighbor who was also a friend, with the biggest heart. He always lent a helping hand – but I will always warmly remember summertime visits on our porches or backyards, just talking and laughing. My condolences to all the Goods.
Godspeed Dave! And thanks for the memories…the “spring pump”, the stock car races, the Christmas visits with Mom & Dad, the FIreman’s carnival (and letting me win @ chuck-a-luck). You will be missed…
I grew up as neighbor to ‘the Goods’. He was probably about nine years older & friend to my brother, Danny. They sure loved cars. My memories of Dave are: handsome, tan, seemed to know something about everything and ALWAYS friendly. He always acknowledged us ‘kids’ as he walked past heading home from Elrose barn, or around town like up at the carnival on Perry Hwy. Dave often had a funny comment. He could put a lot of wit into just few words. He was a good-hearted person. Heartfelt sympathy his loved ones.
We are deeply sorry for your loss. May God comfort you and be close to you through this difficult time. He was a wonderful neighbor and a pillar for his family. Truly someone to look up to. May God Bless all of you..Randy and Barb
My sincere condolences to you and your family.
My oldest son Aaron always found him to be so very kind when he was working with him.
