age 47 of McCandless Twp. Died on Wed. 8-23-06 at Allegheny General Hospital. He was born in Pgh on 2-2-59 son of Albert W. And Theresa Gonchar Kolarik. He was self employed in the Computer Business. He was a graduate of North Allegheny H.S. and Carnegie Mellon Univ.
In addition to his parents he is survived by 3 sisters, Kathleen Fultz, Carolyn Mech (Bill), and Susan Kolarik. Uncle of Anthony, Cory, Jason and Kyle Fultz. Beloved companion of Linda Mackaly. Visitation Sun. 7-9, Mon. And Tues. 2-4, 7-9 at Devlin Funeral Home, 806 Perry Hwy. Ross Twp. Mass of Christian Burial in St. Alexis Church Wed. At 10:00 AM.
