Of Cranberry Twp., on Sunday, October 10, 2010. Beloved husband of Sandy (Baker) Twaddle; Loving father of Kimberly (Matt) Rygiel, Katherine Twaddle and Alyssa (Aaron) Carter; Very proud grandfather of Chad Rygiel, Ethan Carter, and Brianna Rygiel; brother of Donna Twaddle of New Castle, David Twaddle III of WV, and Doris Geck of NJ. Son of the late David and Dorothy Twaddle. Uncle of many nieces and nephews, and special nephew Frankie. Also survived by many loving relatives and friends. Friends received Tuesday 6-8PM and Wednesday 2-4 & 6-8PM at DEVLIN FUNERAL HOME of CRANBERRY, 2678 Rochester Rd. 724-772-8800, where service will be held Thursday, time later. Dale was a Financial Representative to Ohio National Financial Services, Inc.. He was a Penguins hockey fan his whole life. Dale enjoyed life and traveling with his wife. He also took great pride in his family and friends. Dale also retired from the University of Pittsburgh in 2004. He was a member of the Cranberry TSBN (The Small Business Network), Treesdale Golf & Country Club, and member of the Cranberry Chamber of Commerce. Some of his passions were woodworking, restoring his ’57 Oldsmobile, and astronomy. He and his wife’s greatest enjoyment came from babysitting their grandson Ethan.
