Clariss Witt

age 88 of West View died on Thurs. 2-6-03 at Suburban General Hospital, Bellevue.
She was born in Linn, Iowa on 10-27-14 daughter of the late Elmor and Miriam Davies Powell and her step mother, Ruth Crane Powell. She was a member of St. Athanasius Church, West View, a league bowler for over 30 years and member of her card club for over 40 years. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her dear husband, Quintin H. Witt, her infant son, John and her 2 sisters, Marvel Powell and Mildred Roberts.
Clariss, beloved sister, mother, and grandmother is survived by her twin sister, Claire Wood of Iowa, her daughter, Victoria Datt and her husband, Ralph of St. Louis, MO., her son, George P. Witt and his wife Karen of Bethlehem, Pa., her son, Michael S. Witt of West View, her son, R. Christopher Witt and his wife Wendy of Penn Twp., and her son, Richard E. Witt of Ellwood City. Six grandchildren, Jarrett Witt of Bethlehem, Lydia Witt of Newark, Del. Brandon and Staci Datt of St. Louis and Brian and Gregory Witt of Penn Twp.
Visitation Sat. 7-9 PM and Sun. 2-4, 7-9 PM at Devlin Funeral Home, 806 Perry Hwy. Ross Twp. Mass of Christian Burial in St. Athanasius Church, Mon. At 9:00AM. Burial will follow in North Side Catholic Cemetery, Ross Twp.
