Christopher J. “Kit” Volz, 66, of Sewickley, died Thursday, Sept. 24, 2009. Beloved husband of Phyllis (Van Kirk); loving father of Lynette (Craig) Svoboda, Margaret (Alan) Bauer and Scott (Terri); proud grandfather of Josh, Jessie, Creek and Peyton Bauer, Tyler and Alec Volz and Carson Svoboda; brother of Carol Begley and George Volz; also survived by many loving nieces, nephews and cousins. Friends received from 1 to 3 p.m. Sunday at T.B. DEVLIN FUNERAL HOME, 806 Perry Highway, North Hills.
