Charles was a featured skater at the Ice Capades for 11 years & a retired Allegheny County Appraiser. Was a former West View Boro Councilman, Lector at St. Athanasius Church & a member of Pittsburgh Charismatic Movement & Curisillo. Contributions to St. Athanasius Religious Formation (CCD).
