Age 63, of Ross Twp., died with his loving wife, Margaret “Peg” (Mills) Stout, of 41 years, by his side on Thursday, November 17, 2016. Loving father of Monica (Matt) Doyle, Derreck Milton Stout, and Amanda (Stew) McFall; loving pappy to Allie and Katelynn Doyle, and John and Katherine McFall; brother of James (Beth) Stout, Marcia (Thomas) Lauck and Thomas (Nancy) Stout; dear friend of 51 years to James Lossel. Also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and friends. He was preceded in death by his parents, Thomas Milton and Elizabeth Stout. Friends will be received on Sunday from 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. at DEVLIN FUNERAL HOME, INC., 806 Perry Hwy., Ross Twp., where services will be held Monday at 10:30 a.m. Interment will be in Union Cemetery in Steubenville. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to PA C.O.P.S., (Concerns of Police Survivors), PO Box 162, East Berlin, PA 17316.
