C.C. was one of my best friends. She was a caring person, an excellent nurse and had a smile that could light up even the darkest room.

Throughout her life she encountered many hardships. Difficult times that many of us would only read about, but never experience ourselves. She would be hurting inside but still manage to put a smile on the faces of those around her. Whose to say any of us would be able to do the same given the same set of circumstances?

C.C. had a way of making everyone she was with feel special. I only wish that she was able to realize how truly special she was too. Her patients would always tell her what an angel she was…and now she is just that…an angel.

C.C. I love you!! I always admired your generousity and high spirits. You will be dearly missed and always held close to my heart. I am so sorry that I couldn’t take the hurt away. May you finally get what you have deserved all along…peace and happiness. I know that your mother is taking good care of you up there. And find comfort in knowing that are paths will someday cross again.

    Friends forever…..Kelly
