Cecelia Miller

age 87 of Franklin Park died on Tues. 10-7-03 at Vincentian Home. She was born in Pgh on 1-16-16 daughter of the late James and Ella Miller Westerman.
Survived by her daughter, Gloria Halapin and her husband, Robert and step daughter, Patricia Cerminaro and her husband, Tony. Grandmother of Mark and Scott Halapin, Phil and Brian Cerminaro. Also survived by 5 great grand children.
Preceded in death by her husband, Melvin”Buzz” Miller and a sister, Gloria Konis.
Visitation Thurs. 7-9 PM and Fri. 2-4 and 7-9 PM at Devlin Funeral Home, 806 Perry Hwy. Ross Twp. Where service will be held on Sat. At 11:00 AM. Burial will follow in Union Dale Cemetery.
