Carol Ann Protulipac of Shaler peacefully passed away on Saturday, May 28th at age 70. Having down syndrome connected Carol to the world in her own way and she enjoyed playing cards, listening to the weather channel, and spending time in her office (aka, bedroom). Carol was the loving child of Albert and Dorothy Protulipac who preceded her in death. She is survived by her beloved brother Albert Jr. sister-in-law Marilou and her nieces Laura Protulipac Parham, Amy Protulipac Panza and their spouses Keirston Parham and Jason Panza.
Friends and family will be received on Wednesday, June 1st from 2-6 PM at Devlin Funeral Home, 806 Perry Highway, Pittsburgh, Pa. 15229. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 10:00 am on Thursday, June 2nd at Our Lady of Mount Carmel Parish, Saint Sebastian Church, Siebert Road, Pittsburgh 15237. Private interment will take place at a later date.
