  • The Himes Family

Many condolences to Bernie’s family and friends.

We’ll miss our sweet neighbor. We enjoyed talking with him over the fence about everything from family, to cars, to yardwork, to the events of this world.

I’ll always think of both Bernie and Linda when I put out those yard flamingos/mingos that they gifted us several years ago.

    With love, The Himes Family.

So very sorry for your loss. I am Bee Fitzgerald’s daughter and remember you as children in West View. Whenever I saw your Dad he always bragged about his children and grandchildren. You are loved, as love never ends. Sending more love and prayers your way to get you through this difficult time. May that void in your heart begin to fill up with the wonderful memories you have made with your Dad. (and Mom) God bless.

  • Tom Welch

Condolences on the passing of dad and grandpa. May your memories help you as days move on. In our thoughts and prayers.

Dear Len and Sherry, I was sorry to hear this news. My Mom and Helen Lavelle were first cousins and the best of friends. We spent many fun times and laughs together with Helen and Bud while growing up with Barney. I went to high school with Linda and was in their wedding. I hope your saddness is replaced with joy imagining his joy that he must feel being together with your dear Mom. He seemed so very sad when I saw him a few times after she passed. Sending prayers for your peace and acceptence. For sure there is a big party there with Helen at the piano for his reunion with the ones who loved him first. God bless.
