Of the North Side, on Sunday June 22, 2014, Beloved Wife of David L. Henning; Loving mother of Lori B. Feola (T.J.), Peggy A. Kopke (Mike), and Ginny M. Sciulli; Stepmother of David L. Henning, Jr. (Kimmy) and Doug L. Henning (Kelly); Sister of Margaret Turner and Nancy Welsh. She is also survived by 10 grandchildren, 2 great-grandchildren, and many nieces and nephews. Friends received Tuesday and Wednesday 2-4 and 6-8 PM. T.B. Devlin Funeral Home, 806 Perry Hwy. North Hills. Mass of Christian Burial in Nativity Church, Incarnation Parish Thursday at 10:00 AM.. Barbara worked at Sears for 20 years before opening her own company, Barbara’s Tours and Travel, which she operated for 22 years. The family would like to extend a thank you to all who helped care for Barbara and a special thank you to Heritage Hospice and Sunrise of McCandless 3rd floor. In lieu of flowers, contributions made to the Greater Pennsylvania Alzheimer’s Association.

Dear Lori, Peggy and Ginny,
Karen and I are so sad to hear about the death of your mother. I have many fond memories of her especially when our family visited yours when I was a youngster. You may not know but your mother had a knitted poncho made especially made for my daughter’s birth 44 years ago. We still talk about how beautiful it was. Having lost my mother, Aunt Eleanor, a few years ago, I know what you must be going through now. But I hope you will find peace in knowing how much she loved you and that she is at peace in a better place.
