Barbara W. (Winkler) Fischer, of West View, died Friday, March 2, 2012. She was the loving mother of Barbara F. (Darren) Flynn and Ralph J. (Erin) Fischer; sister of Dolores Ebbert, Joseph Winkler and Juanita (Ron) Fischer; grandmother of Joseph, Madison, Reed, Ryan and Rowan; also survived by many nieces and nephews. Friends received from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. Monday at T.B. DEVLIN FUNERAL HOME, 806 Perry Highway, North Hills. Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 11 a.m. Tuesday in St. Athanasius Church. In lieu of flowers, contributions to St. Gregory Catholic School, 2 West Beaver St., Zelienople, PA 16063.
