Age 67, of Economy, PA, passed away peacefully at his home on February 15, 2004 following a gregarious life & a lengthy battle with illness. Red was formerly a resident of Pine Twp. & Millvale, PA. He was a son of Albert & Anna Vicinie of Millvale who preceded him in death. He is survived by his loving wife Carol (Hart) Vicinie; father of Albert ‘Rusty’ Vicinie & his wife Susan; grandfather of Jennifer, Tim, Laura & Matthew, all of Economy; brother of Alberta Bauer of Shaler & Arlene Kahr & her husband John of Shaler; brother-in-law of Mr. & Mrs. James Weber of Newbern, NC, along with nieces & nephews. Al was an independent sporting goods representative & salesman for much of his life. He was most proud of the difference he made in the lives of many young men by sharing his values with him in the great outdoors. He is remembered by his many good friends & loving family who all brought him much joy throughout his live. He was a member of our Lady of Peace Catholic Church in Conway, the Ambridge District Sportsman’s Association & a Third Degree Knight & member of Council 3907 of the Knights of Columbus. Friends received Tuesday & Wednesday 2-4 & 7-9 pm at DEVLIN FUNERAL HOME of CRANBERRY, 2678 Rochester Rd., Cranberry Twp. 724-772-8800. Mass of Christian Burial in Our Lady of Peace Church, Conway, PA Thursday at 10 am.
