Sally Sue Buchele, age 71, of Cranberry Twp., passed away peacefully on Friday, May 11, 2018. Born October 7, 1946, daughter of the late Elwood and Oneita Batdorff. Beloved wife of Lee J. Buchele; loving mother of Kathy Sigda and Laurie Duensing; dear grandma of Jason, , Adam, and Aliyah.
Sally loved spending time with all three of her grandchildren and was a very proud grandma. She enjoyed her work at Somewear Special and The Gilded Lily north of Pittsburgh. She was the social director for a wide circle of friends. Sally was an avid Pittsburgh Penguins supporter and was Sid’s biggest fan.
Family and friends will be received on Sunday from 2-4, 6-8 at Devlin Funeral Home of Cranberry, 2678 Rochester Road, Cranberry Twp, Services will be held Monday at 11 am at the funeral home, officiated by Rev. Matt Klenk. Interment will follow in Mount Pleasant Cemetery. The early years. Have such fond memories of Fort Wayne and Croninger Elem School (PTA). I remember Sally always smiling and was such a happy person. I remember Kathy & Jeff being in the same class and since Laurie was young Sally always brought her to meetings and she was such a good girl! Remember feeling sad when you all moved away. So sorry for your loss. It has been fun drawing on my memories of her………brings a smile to my face just thinking of her. God’s blessings to all of you. Lee thanks for responding to me fb message.
