I met Bernice many years ago working in real estate. Bernice was always such a big help in answering questions and knowing just about everything about real estate. She was also a good friend. We had gone to lunch many times and there was a group of us that even went to Disney. We always had fun. Bernice will be missed. Rest in peace and enjoy your family up there that you so often spoke of.

My friendship with Bernice started with real estate many years ago. We shared the love of dogs, especially Australian Shepherds. So many conversations about farm life, our faith and strength in the Lord, and all the blessing that family brings. I will miss her soft spoken tone and kinds words. It is comforting to know that she is now in Heaven with family and all her beloved pets that have gone before her. A special friend to all that knew her. : ))

Bernice especially special to her Aunt Irene Bernice who she was named for. I remember her as a very kind cousin. I am sorry for everyone she was close to for their loss.

I was so sorry to hear of Bernice’s passing. I worked with her at Northwood’s Cranberry office for many years. She and I were usually the first ones in the office every day and we’d chat over our morning coffee. I looked forward to it every morning. Aside from her great sense of humor, she was one of the most kind, generous, compassionate and wisest humans I’ve ever known, and I was truly privileged to have been able to call her my friend. She will be missed by so many. but I’m comforted to know that she is happy and at peace, resting with Our Lord.

I worked with Bernice at our Northwood Cranberry location. She was always so kind and helpful. When I was a newer agent, I asked her if she would come with me to look at a home I wanted to purchase. I valued her opinion. She did not even hesitate and walked through and gave it her stamp of approval. (We bought the house.) She was always so kind and giving and will be missed. She lovingly spoke of her family at work. My thoughts and prayers are with them.
