Louise M. Sutton, 97, passed away March 18, 2025. Wife of the late Dr. Robert L. Sutton; Beloved mother of Tricia Chopski (Dave), Dr. Timothy Jackson (Fran), Reneé Price (Larry), and the late Thomas Jackson (Susan); Grandmother to Dr. Rebecca, Zachary, Rachel, Dr. Ben, Steven, Michael, Nicole, Dr. Megan, Brittany, Kristen, Ryan, Emily, Jacob, Nicholas, and Matthew; Great grandmother to 15 children.
For 28 years, Louise was the Western Regional Childcare Director for Children and Youth of Pennsylvania. After retirement, Louise volunteered at St. Teresa of Avila Church, along with serving on the board of St. Anthony’s School Program. She received the “Dame of St. Gregory” award from the Vatican for outstanding service in the church.
Louise will always be the matriarch of our family, the words of wisdom in our heads, the recipes at our table, and our guardian angel.
Mass of Christian burial will be Saturday March 22nd, 9:30AM, St. Teresa of Avila Church, 800 Avila Court, North Hills.

My condolences to the Sutton family. Louise was a wonderful neighbor at Foxcroft Village, and an inspiration to all of us! God has a new and glorious Angel!
Louise was a wonderful person and a friend. She brought my mother Communion and that’s how I came to know her. She will be missed!
