Cheryl Ann Schmidt
Age 63, of Marshall Twp., passed away on Saturday, July 31, 2021 in her home. Born March 14, 1958, daughter of the late Edward and Lucille (Zassick) Holzer. Beloved wife of Andrew J. Schmidt, whom she married on June 10, 1978; loving mother of Michael J. Schmidt; dear sister of Edward J. (Diane) Holzer III, Richard F. “Deek” (Debra) Holzer, and Lorraine E. (Dennis) Marks; aunt of Laura, Kelly, Angelica, the late Princesa, Nicolette, the late Richard Jr., Shannon, David, Kristy, Stefanie, and Steven.
Cheryl worked as a customer service representative at Erie Insurance for 43 years. She enjoyed playing all card games, going to the casino, cooking/baking, being a loving mother/wife, and playing on the pool league team.
Family and friends are welcome on Tuesday, August 3rd from 2-4, 6-8 pm at Devlin Funeral Home of Cranberry, 2678 Rochester Road, Cranberry Twp. A Mass of Chrisitan Burial will be held on Wednesday, August 4th at 10 am at St. Ferdinand Church, with Rev. John Gallagher officiating.
Interment will follow at Mount Pleasant Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, memorial gifts may be made in Cheri’s name to St. Ferdinand Blessing Fund.
