Susan Lynn Yope
Age 70, of Mars, formerly of Baden, passed away on Thursday, January 28, 2021 after a long illness. Born Nov. 24, 1950, daughter of the late Fred and Doris Mae (Hess) Stolich; loving mother of Jennifer (Khanh) Do, and Christopher (Monica) Yope; grandma of Madison; dear sister of Fred Stolich and Barbara Allen.

Susan Yope was the most caring human being to her children, family and friends and those around her. She taught her children to love, enjoy the holidays, spend time together, and make everything special. She volunteered her time to the Women’s Club as her children were growing up. Susan will be remembered for her quick whit, sassy personality, and bringing smiles to others. Her children are so grateful for her love and devotion to them. She loved them fiercely. Her granddaughter Maddie will always be grateful that she loved glitter and sequins just as much as she does.
In lieu of flowers, please donate to Susan’s team for Alzheimers, The Alzheimers Association, or Saint John Specialty Care Center. Or, quite simply, deliver joy and kindness today. There is always someone worse off than you as Susan would say- make the most of your day.

Family and friends are welcome on Monday from 2-4, 6-8 pm at Devlin Funeral Home of Cranberry, 2678 Rochester Road, Cranberry Twp. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held Tuesday at 1:30 pm at St. Kilian Church, with Rev. Charles Bober celebrating. Interment will follow at Mount Pleasant Cemetery.

    Susan is my sister.
Susan i love u and miss you.
Susan spent some time with me
Before she went to St Francis
Nsg home…i was like a stepping stone from her home to the
nsg home. My sister was so thankful for every meal i made
    After each meal she thanked
me and told me she loved me.
Susan was a wonderful sister, mother and grandmother.
    Susan always told me ..
You can never have too many friends….and she laughed….oh will i miss that smile and laugh.
Susan was so proud of her children, Jennifer and Christopher and so happy to have a grand daughter, Maddie.

Susan i miss u so very much.
I have a picture in my mind that u r free of the alzheimers , happy,
dancing, and smiling at all of us.
I am so happy that u came to live with me….even happier that u r free of the alzheimers.

    I love u….your favorite and only sister🥰

I will always cherish the time spent with my Aunt Susan. From family gatherings, annual trick or treating at her house growing up all the way up to helping to organize her house a few years back. I will always remember hearing her say “my darling Erica” every time I saw her. I love you Aunt Susan. Rest and peace and give my love to Grammy and grandpap.
