Russell (Martha); grandmother of Schuyler and Julie Eckstrom and Alison Russell (Erick). Penny was a retired art teacher at Quaker Valley High School. Service and interment private. I was very sorry to hear about Penny’s death. May God bless and comfort the family she leaves behind. I met her through the Beaufort Art Association. She was a teacher and inspiration to me. She will be remembered as a pleasant happy person.
