In my 35 year career in the automobile business, including my time as head of Remarketing for Volkswagen, Lou was one of the most remarkable men I came to know. I am sure there will never be another like him.

I am thankful that I got to know him. He touched many lives and got things done. I will miss him.

Although meeting Lou only during my career at Volkswagen of America/VW Credit & his at Manheim, our common background and friends/family in the Pittsburgh area made our friendship even more valued. He was a great person that will surely be missed by many. My sincere condolences to his family.
