Kenneth Spangler, age 81 of Fombell, passed away on Thursday, July 30, 2026 at the Butler VA Medical Center surrounded by loving family.
Ken was born on February 2, 1945 to the late Benjamin and Ethelda Spangler.
Ken married Gloria Tresky in 1968 and spent 57 years living in the North Hills of Pittsburgh and later, Fombell. A humble family man with strong faith, Ken was a loving and devoted husband and father, and proud grandfather who received much joy from being involved in his grandchildren’s lives.
He had a love of fishing and the outdoors, Ken was known for his determination, always working and helping others.
He is survived by his wife, Gloria; his daughter, Connie; his son, Glenn (Patty) and his grandchildren, Bridget (Jack); Adam, Blake, Ben,Caleb,Kenneth,Phillip, Mary, Abe, and Johnny.
Family and friends are welcome at DEVLIN FUNERAL HOME OF CRANBERRY, Township on Wednesday from 2-4, 6-8 pm. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated Thursday at 10 am at St. Ferdinand, part of Divine Grace Parish. Interment will follow at Allegheny County Memorial Park.

A neighbor from Van Buren Street, I will always remember feeding your dog, Tiny, steakbones from our dinner table…Tiny was not tiny…lol Rest In Peace, Kenny
